I love the retro styled bikes that litter the streets near every university in Seoul. The nearest thing in Aus is a big Triumph but thats way to serious for me.
Note that the guy is wearing a helmet while his lady passenger isn't.
This means they are probably married.

Well if they weren't married, just dating, then the guy would be trying to show how much of a nice guy he is.
So he would give the helmet to his GF.
However this isn't the case. He doesn't care that she isn't protected at all and doesn't need to pretend to be a nice guy anymore because he has already married her.
