Japanese kids are generally cute. They tend to be quiet, and somewhat happy. Who wants another screaming, crying, kicking brat? This kid was hanging out with his mom at Tokyo's Imperial Palace on a Sunday afternoon.

Oh man, she never stops buzzing.
Pretty cute photo though. It's as if the child has locked their eyes on something glorious and is going for it, like a toy windmill.
